Sowore Declares Kanu Superior to Igboho in Activism

Omoyele Sowore, a prominent human rights activist, expressed his views on the comparative activism of Nnamdi Kanu and Sunday Igboho during a press conference. He described Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), as "far better" than Igboho, whom he referred to as a "nuisance." Sowore's remarks came in the context of a recent rally held in Aba, Abia State, where supporters gathered to demand Kanu's release.

He criticized Igboho's political approach, suggesting that he is more focused on personal gain, referencing "amala politics" associated with Oyo State. Sowore asserted that Kanu's activism is more impactful and that he stands against injustices without fear, contrasting this with Igboho's perceived shortcomings.

He also mentioned that President Bola Tinubu supports 33 governors and is not afraid of rallies, further emphasizing the differences in their approaches to activism.
