NNL 2026/27 Season to Start on October 31

The 2026/27 season of the Nigeria National League (NNL) is set to begin on Saturday, October 31. This commencement date was ratified during the league's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Owerri.

For this season, clubs have been organized into four conferences: Southern Conference A, Southern Conference B, Northern Conference A, and Northern Conference B. The top team from each conference will earn promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

Additionally, the four promoted teams will participate in a mini-tournament to determine the overall NNL champions for the season. Last season, Sporting Lagos, Inter Lagos, Doma United, and Ranchers Bees successfully secured promotion from the NNL to the NPFL.
