NNPC Celebrates Nigeria's Representatives' Election in Gas Exporting Nations Forum

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) expressed joy as President Bola Tinubu was congratulated for Nigeria's representatives, Dr. Philip Mshelbila and Ga Ekperikpe, being elected as the Chair and Scribe of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF).

Dr. Mshelbila, the Managing Director of Nigeria LNG, was praised for his efforts in transforming Nigeria's gas reserves into export-grade LNG and LPG.

The election took place during the 27th Ministerial Meeting in Doha, Qatar, succeeding Algeria's Moham Hamel. NNPC's Group CEO, Bayo Ojulari, commended the achievements and emphasized the importance of utilizing natural gas for industrial growth and economic development in Nigeria.
