Adeleke Vows No Rigging in Osun Governorship Election

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke stated that no one would be able to rig or steal the governorship election scheduled for August 15. During a campaign rally in Oke-Ila, Ifedayo Local Government Area, Adeleke reassured supporters that every vote would count and called on residents to protect their ballots.

He emphasized that the people of Osun were prepared to defend their votes, stating, “I heard some politicians vowing to steal the votes. Where and how?

Osun votes are untouchable.” He affirmed the determination of Osun people, saying they are not scared or cowards and will vote and defend their votes. Adeleke also mentioned that his administration's achievements would contribute to securing victory in the upcoming election, asserting, “Our records speak for us.” His comments reflect a strong commitment to ensuring a transparent electoral process in Osun State.
