NOGIG 2026 Chairman Lauds High Standard of Competition at Oil and Gas Industry Games

Dr. Sulaiman Sulaiman, the Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee for the 2026 Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry Games (NOGIG), commended the high level of competition at the event, highlighting its role in fostering unity among industry workers.

The games saw intense matches with companies like Oando, Chevron, NUPRC, PTI, ExxonMobil, Aradel, NCDMB, NMDPRA, TotalEnergies, Seplat, and NLNG competing in various sports including volleyball, tennis, squash, basketball, scrabble, and chess at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja. Despite some organizational challenges in releasing results, the event showcased a mix of fun and competitiveness, with athletes and fans enjoying the international standards of the games.
