NCDC Begins Remodeling of Headquarters in Lafia

The North Central Development Commission (NCDC) has commenced the remodeling of its headquarters facility in Lafia, Nasarawa, which was donated by the Nasarawa state government. Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of NCDC, announced this development to newsmen on Wednesday.

The remodeling aims to create a more conducive environment for staff and facilitate smooth operations, particularly as the commission prepares to recruit new staff. Dr. Tsenyil emphasized the urgency of upgrading the facility, stating that the commission is 12 months old and needs to begin projects and employ staff.

He urged the contractor, Geodata Construction, to ensure the project meets specifications and is completed within 16 weeks. Engr. Jim Jibrin, the site manager from Geodata Construction, assured that the project would be delivered on time and according to the required standards.
