Uba Sani: North to Deliver 95% Votes for Tinubu in 2027

On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani declared that the 2027 presidential election is effectively concluded, asserting that the North will provide at least 95% of its votes to President Bola Tinubu. Sani made these remarks during the flag-off of the 122-kilometre Kaduna–Birnin Gwari Road project.

He emphasized that residents of Kaduna are pleased with Tinubu's performance, particularly regarding federal investments in infrastructure. Sani stated, “We will continue to support the President,” and he challenged anyone to dispute his claim that no previous president has done as much for Northern Nigeria as Tinubu.

He also mentioned ongoing federal road projects in Kaduna, including the Western Bypass and the upcoming resumption of the Eastern Bypass construction. Sani expressed gratitude for Tinubu's recognition of Kaduna as the heart of Northern Nigeria and highlighted the importance of these developments for the region.
