Ilechukwu Urges Rangers to Stay Focused in Title Race

Ilechukwu, the coach of Rangers, has urged his players to remain focused in their pursuit of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title following a 2-0 victory over Bayelsa United at the Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenagoa on Sunday night. Midfielder Chidieber Nwobodo opened the scoring for Rangers in the 30th minute, and experienced forward Godwin Obaj sealed the win with a second goal five minutes before the end of the match, marking his 12th league goal of the season.

With only two matches remaining in the campaign, Ilechukwu stressed the importance of concentration, expressing dissatisfaction with the team's performance in the second half, particularly regarding their defensive play and the goalkeeper's role. He emphasized that maintaining focus is crucial as they aim for their ninth NPFL title.
