Imoh Obot Transfers to Rivers United for 2026/27 Season

Imoh Obot has officially left Abia Warriors to join Rivers United for the upcoming 2026/27 season, according to a report by Daily Post. During the last season, Obot made 11 appearances for Abia Warriors in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

Prior to his time at Abia Warriors, he played for Enyimba, a club that has won the NPFL title nine times. His recruitment by Rivers United is expected to enhance the depth of their defense for the next season.
