Abiodun Praises Tinubu for Successful Kidnap Rescue

Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun commended President Bola Tinubu for the successful rescue of a kidnapping victim in Oriire Local Government Area, Oyo State. He described the operation as a testament to President Tinubu's unwavering resolve to eliminate criminal elements in the country.

Governor Abiodun noted that the victim was rescued unharmed and highlighted the importance of the coordinated efforts of security agencies, including the Nigerian Police Force, Department of State Services (DSS), and local intelligence operatives. He emphasized that the arrest of kidnappers and the neutralization of threats during the rescue operation send a strong message that Nigeria will not be a safe haven for criminals.

Abiodun also praised Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde for his collaboration with federal security agencies throughout the victim's captivity. He reaffirmed Ogun State's commitment to working with federal and neighboring state security agencies to ensure that criminal elements find no refuge in the southwest.
