NSA Hands Over Rescued Kidnap Victims to Kaduna Govt Without Ransom - Security Success

National Security Adviser (NSA) Nuhu Ribadu handed over two kidnap victims, Khadijah and Fatimah Shehu Magaji, to the Kaduna State Government after their rescue. The victims were held captive for a month in Kaduna State, enduring unimaginable hardship.

Despite the kidnappers demanding a ransom of up to N200 million, the victims were freed through dialogue, intelligence gathering, and strategic intervention without payment. Ribadu highlighted the success of the security operation and emphasized the importance of collaboration between security agencies and the government.

Additionally, two notorious individuals involved in arms trafficking were arrested. The rescue underscores the effectiveness of the security strategy in combating kidnapping in the region.
