NUC Grants McPherson University Full Accreditation for 10 Programs

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted McPherson University, located in Ajebo, Ogun State, full accreditation for ten undergraduate programs. This accreditation is valid for a period of five years and follows a thorough assessment conducted by a NUC team during the accreditation exercise held from October to November 2025.

Tokunbo Olakunle, the Director of Public Relations at McPherson University, announced this development in a statement on Monday. The approval letter was signed by Engr.

Abraham Chundusu on behalf of the Executive Secretary of the NUC. The accredited programs include Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Public Health, History, Diplomatic Studies, Information Technology, Law, Biotechnology, and Economics.

Professor Franci Igbasan, the Vice Chancellor of McPherson University, commended the dedication of the institution's staff, describing the achievement as a testament to the university's pursuit of academic excellence.
