NUT Condemns Political Thugs' Attack in Kaduna, Calls for Justice

The Nigerian Union of Teachers (NUT) strongly condemned the attack by political thugs on a building in Kaduna used for a political meeting. The National President of NUT, Comrade Audu Titus Amba, expressed disapproval of the destruction of property by the thugs.

He highlighted the contributions made by teachers in Kaduna State towards their retirement benefits since 1999. Amba also criticized the actions of the former military governor, Ahmed Ali, who allegedly sacked thousands of teachers without paying their entitlements.
