Nwachukwu Breaks Record to Win Commonwealth Gold Again

She described the achievement as one of the greatest moments of her career, stating, “I feel like I am on top of the world.” Despite struggling with her opening throws, Nwachukwu credited her coach's encouragement and a fellow athlete's support for helping her regain focus.

Her coach's final advice before her last throw, “Now you can explode. Attack,” proved pivotal in her record-breaking performance.
