Nwobodo Couple Challenges Court in N235m Land Dispute

Jim Nwobodo, a former governor of Enugu State, and his wife, Patricia Nwobodo, have filed multiple applications to challenge the jurisdiction of a court regarding a N235 million land deal with Dr. Basil Ogbuanu.

The couple is facing a lawsuit filed by Ogbuanu, who claims damages related to the land transaction that has become controversial. The case involves allegations of destruction of property on land owned by Nwobodo, with the court set to hear the matter on October 22, 2026.
