Kwara Governor Suspends Poly Rector Over Student Protest

Kwara State Governor Abdulrazaq has suspended the Rector of Kwara State Polytechnic, Dr. Abdul Jimoh Moham, following a student protest at the institution.

The protest led to the temporary closure of the school's facilities during the NYSC orientation service. A committee, headed by the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Ibrahim Sulyman, has been established to investigate the protest.

The Rector has been asked to step aside pending the outcome of the investigation.
