Obidient Movement Urges Jonathan to Support Peter Obi for 2023 Presidency

The Obidient Movement has called on former President Goodluck Jonathan to support Peter Obi's presidential bid instead of running for the presidency himself. This message came after a meeting between Jonathan and Obi in Abuja, where they discussed the state of the nation.

The Movement, led by Dr. Yunusa Tanko, emphasized that Jonathan should back Obi as a candidate representing the future and the aspirations of millions of Nigerians.

They also accused some politicians of plotting to use Jonathan and Obi in an emerging opposition coalition, which they believe will not succeed. The Movement highlighted the need for a South-based president in 2023 for fairness.
