Ogun CJ Launches Multi-Door Courthouse in Igbesa

On Wednesday, Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu, the Chief Judge of Ogun State, unveiled a newly constructed multi-door courthouse in Idi-Oko, Igbesa. This courthouse, dedicated to improving access to justice, was inaugurated during the tenth coronation anniversary of Oba Saheed Ifalohun Odusanya.

Justice Dipeolu praised the monarch for his commitment to establishing institutions of justice, noting that the project represents a realization of a vision for accessible and timely justice for the people. The multi-door courthouse system is designed to offer various dispute resolution options, including mediation, conciliation, arbitration, and negotiation, rather than relying solely on traditional litigation.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the judicial system and support economic growth in the Igbesa-Agarra-Idi-Oko corridor, which is recognized as one of Nigeria's fastest-growing industrial and commercial areas. Justice Dipeolu also mentioned that this courthouse is the sixth in Ogun State, signaling ongoing expansion of alternative dispute resolution services.
