The Ogun State government has officially dismissed rumors circulating on social media regarding an imminent invasion by Fulani herdsmen and Boko Haram insurgents. Governor Dapo Abiodun, alongside Hon.

Kayode Akinmad, issued a statement assuring residents that the state remains safe. They referenced security intelligence reports indicating no credible threats.

The government urged residents not to be misled by misinformation designed to incite panic. Security agencies in Ogun State are reportedly on high alert, with measures in place to prevent any criminal activities that could disrupt public peace.
