Oba Saliu Inaugurates FRSC Office to Enhance Road Safety

On the occasion of Oba Jame Obafemi Saliu's third coronation anniversary, he inaugurated a newly constructed office complex for the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Ogere-Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria. This project is part of efforts to strengthen road safety operations along Nigeria's busiest highways, particularly the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, which serves as a major transit corridor linking Nigeria's commercial and industrial hubs.

During the inauguration ceremony, Oba Saliu emphasized the importance of proactive measures to safeguard lives, noting that Ogere-Remo's location makes it particularly vulnerable to road traffic incidents. The enhanced presence of the FRSC is expected to significantly improve response times during emergencies and potentially lower accident rates.

The monarch also highlighted the administration's consistent investment in security infrastructure and revealed that similar support has been extended to the Nigeria Police Force. The event was attended by community leaders and stakeholders, marking a significant milestone in the development of Ogere-Remo.
