Ondo AG Kayode Ajulo Enforces Anti-Land Grabbing Law

Kayode Ajulo, the Attorney General of Ondo State, stated that the state's anti-land grabbing law will be enforced rigorously, with no individual exempt from prosecution. This declaration comes amid ongoing trials involving Oba David Okunato and others accused of land grabbing offenses.

Ajulo emphasized that the government will continue its crackdown on land grabbers to restore sanity to land administration across Ondo State. He warned that those involved in illegal land transactions, including fraudulent property takeovers, will face serious legal consequences, as land grabbing poses a significant threat to investment and economic development in the state.

Ajulo reiterated the government's commitment to protecting genuine landowners and ensuring the rule of law prevails. He commended Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for his strong stance against land grabbing, asserting that no one, regardless of their status, will undermine peace and economic growth through illegal land activities.
