Ondo Governor Aiyedatiwa Sacks Aides, Plans New Appointments

Governor Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has officially sacked several aides, including senior special assistants (SSAs) and special assistants (SAs). The announcement was made through a statement issued on Monday by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ebenez Adeniyan.

In the statement, Governor Aiyedatiwa expressed appreciation for the contributions of the outgoing aides to the growth and development of Ondo State and wished them success in their future endeavors. Furthermore, the governor disclosed plans to appoint 1,000 new political aides within the coming week.

These appointments will be drawn from across 203 wards in 18 local government areas of the state. The aim of this move is to strengthen grassroots engagement, improve coordination, and inject fresh capacity into the administration.
