Aiyedatiwa Supports Faduyile in Ondo South By-Election

In preparation for the Ondo South senatorial by-election, scheduled for Saturday, Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, the Governor of Ondo State, called on residents to support Prof.

Dayo Faduyile, the candidate from the All Progressives Congress (APC). During a final campaign rally in Okitipupa, Aiyedatiwa urged the electorate to conduct themselves peacefully and ensure their votes are counted.

He described Prof. Faduyile, a former president of the Nigeria Medical Association, as a qualified candidate with the necessary experience and leadership qualities to effectively represent the interests of Ondo South in the National Assembly.

Aiyedatiwa expressed confidence in the growing acceptance of the APC across the state and reiterated the party's commitment to delivering overwhelming support for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 general elections. Additionally, Mr.

Babatunde Kolawole, the state APC chairman, called on party members to intensify grassroots mobilization ahead of the polls.
