Oniru of Iruland Launches Iru Business Network in Lagos

Oba Abdulwasiu Lawal, the Oniru of Iruland, urged the Indian business community to explore opportunities for business expansion and partnerships with the Iru Kingdom during a meeting in Lagos. He hosted a delegation from the NRI Social & Cultural Association Nigeria (NRCAN) Business Forum, emphasizing the importance of trust and collaboration in building prosperous communities.

To facilitate this, he announced the creation of the Iru Business Network, which aims to connect business leaders, professionals, and public institutions for knowledge exchange and practical collaborations. Oba Lawal stated that the network is inspired by the belief that networking, relationships, trust, and collaboration drive community growth.

He reiterated the traditional institution's role in fostering relationships and creating an environment conducive to trust, which he believes leads to opportunities. The establishment of the Iru Business Network reflects the Palace's commitment to cultural and economic diplomacy, aiming to strengthen partnerships that promote shared prosperity for the Iru Kingdom, Lagos State, and Nigeria.
