Ondo Women Endorse Tinubu, Aim for One Million Votes

Women from all 18 local government areas of Ondo State have officially endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for re-election in the 2027 presidential election. They praised his administration's economic reforms, infrastructure development, and social intervention programs as deserving of another mandate.

The endorsement event took place in Akure, where the Director of Women for Grassroots Movement for Tinubu (GMT), Mrs. Olamide Falana, announced their commitment to mobilize over one million votes for Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.

Falana emphasized the importance of grassroots mobilization, stating that women are crucial to election campaigns. The organization has established campaign structures in over 1,500 polling units and aims to reach every community in Ondo State.

Saka Yusuf Ogunleye, the Director-General of GMT in Ondo State, expressed that the endorsement reflects appreciation for Tinubu's performance over the past two years and a strong desire for him to continue in office.
