Aloy Ejimakor Warns Soludo Over Onitsha Market Security Deployment

Aloy Ejimakor, a legal consultant, condemned the Anambra State government's decision to deploy security agents to suppress protests at Onitsha Market. He warned Governor Soludo about the potential repercussions, stating that the Igbo people have suffered enough.

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu, criticized the security presence and called for traders to disregard the sit-at-home directive. The Anambra State government had ordered the closure of Onitsha Main Market after traders failed to open their shops on Monday due to the ongoing sit-at-home directive.

Ejimakor described the deployment of soldiers as unconstitutional and emphasized the loss of lives that may result from such actions.
