OOU Produces 147 First-Class Graduates with NELFUND Support

The Vice Chancellor of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Prof. Ayodeji Agboola, lauded the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) established by President Bola Tinubu for supporting 4,000 students facing financial challenges.

The initiative enabled 147 students to graduate with first-class degrees, with a total of 5,808 students graduating. The best graduate, Ajayi David Bamidele, achieved a CGPA of 4.89.

NELFUND has benefitted 6,883 students, allowing them to focus on studies without financial pressure. The scheme is seen as a worthwhile investment in Nigeria's future.
