Tinubu Wins APC Presidential Primary in Osun State

Bola Tinubu emerged victorious in the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary held in Osun State, securing a total of 100,880 votes. His opponent, Stanlei Osayamen Osifo, received no votes, resulting in a zero-vote outcome.

The primary election took place across 332 wards in Osun State, with the results announced by Adegboyega Oyetola, the state’s governor. Oyetola emphasized the need for APC members to remain united and committed to the party's objectives as they prepare for the upcoming governorship election scheduled for August 15.

He noted that the journey ahead would require sacrifice and unity to ensure electoral success. The primary was characterized by a significant turnout, reflecting the party's democratic values and cohesion.

Oyetola also urged party members to continue their efforts in mobilizing support for the party in future elections.
