Osimhen to Resume Training with Galatasaray After Injury

Victor Osimhen, the 27-year-old forward for Galatasaray, is expected to return to full training on April 20 following a recent injury setback. He underwent surgery last month due to a right forearm injury sustained during Galatasaray's UEFA Champions League fixture against Liverpool FC.

Reports from the Turkish outlet Aksam indicate that Osimhen's recovery is progressing well, raising hopes for his availability in the crucial intercontinental derby clash against Fenerbahçe, scheduled to take place six days later. Osimhen's absence has been felt, particularly after Galatasaray suffered a disappointing 2-1 defeat to title rivals Trabzonspor last weekend.

Despite this injury setback, Osimhen has had an impressive season, scoring 19 goals and providing seven assists in 29 appearances across all competitions.
