Osinbajo Urges HR Professionals to Prioritize Employee Well-Being and Mental Health

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo emphasized the importance of focusing on employee well-being and mental health in the workplace during the 57th International Conference of the Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM) in Abuja. He highlighted the need for HR professionals to adapt labor laws to reflect the changing work landscape where people, not just technology, are crucial.

Osinbajo also stressed the role of HR in setting clear ethical guidelines for technology use and embracing data as a service tool. The CIPM was commended for its efforts in advancing people management practices in Nigeria.
