Adeleke Confident in Osun Re-election Campaign Launch

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State expressed strong confidence in his upcoming re-election bid during the inauguration of a 52-member campaign committee on Wednesday. The ceremony took place in Osogbo and was attended by key government officials, party stakeholders, and former national secretary of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Wale Oladipo.

Adeleke emphasized the spirit of victory within his team and urged committee members to replicate the commitment that led to his emergence in the 2022 governorship election. He highlighted the importance of delivering good governance as part of their campaign strategy.

The campaign committee will be led by Deputy Minority Leader in the Senate, Lere Oyewumi, serving as the Director General. Other notable members include Kolapo Alimi as Deputy Director General, Pelumi Olajengbesi as spokesperson, and Bola Ajao as secretary.

The committee also features Diran Odeyemi, the national treasurer of PDP, Osun PDP chairman Sundai Bisi, and music star Davido, among others.
