Adeleke Commissions Oke-Fia Flyover Ahead of Election

On Thursday, just days before the August 15 governorship election, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke commissioned the Oke-Fia Flyover in Osogbo. He described the flyover as a significant achievement in his administration’s infrastructure development efforts.

During the commissioning ceremony, Adeleke called on residents to participate actively in the upcoming election, emphasizing the importance of voting as a means to strengthen democracy and shape the state's future. He expressed gratitude to the people of Osun State for their support since he took office, noting that their confidence has enabled his administration to implement impactful projects across various sectors.

Adeleke assured residents that if re-elected, his administration would continue to build on the progress made through further infrastructure development and social investment initiatives. The Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun, represented by Hon. Justice Moshud Adekunle Adeigbe, praised the governor for the rapid infrastructural transformation in the state capital, highlighting the flyover's potential to alleviate traffic congestion and enhance Osogbo's economic outlook.
