IMC Denies APC's Smear Campaign Against Adeleke

The Imole Campaign Council (IMC) has rejected claims made by the Osun State All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship Campaign Council that Governor Ademola Adeleke is connected to an alleged oath-taking video circulating on social media. Bamidele Salam, Chairman of the IMC Media and Publicity Committee, stated that Governor Adeleke has no involvement with the video and emphasized that he does not require oaths or intimidation to gain support.

The IMC is investigating the video's authenticity but maintains that Adeleke's appeal is based on his achievements and relationship with the electorate. Salam criticized the APC for resorting to unverified allegations instead of addressing key issues like infrastructure and healthcare.

The IMC urged the APC to prepare for the electorate's verdict on August 15, asserting that the people of Osun will vote based on Adeleke's record rather than unfounded claims.
