Police Declare Two Suspects Wanted for FRSC Officer's Murder

The Osun State Police Command has declared two men, Faturoti Kehind and Adumati Idowu, wanted in connection with the murder of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officer Mr. Lasisi Funmilayo and his 10-year-old daughter, Sewa.

The police issued a public notice on Friday, signed by CP Ibrahim Gotan, detailing the suspects' identities and urging the public to assist in their arrest. The tragic case began with the disappearance of Mr.

Funmilayo and his daughter, reported on November 2, 2025, when they left their residence at Obasanjo Hilltop Estate in Abeokuta, Ogun State. During the investigation, Victor Fajemirokun, identified as the deceased officer's boyfriend, and two herbalists, Gboyega Daramola and Sunday Jame, were arrested.

The police are intensifying efforts to unravel the circumstances surrounding the deaths and have warned that anyone harboring the suspects will be treated as accomplices. They encourage anyone with information to report to the nearest police station confidentially.
