APC to Hold Inaugural Meeting for Osun Poll Campaign

The All Progressives Congress (APC) is set to convene its inaugural meeting of the National Campaign Council for the Osun governorship election on Monday, August 3, 2026. The meeting will be presided over by Governor Hope Uzodimma, who serves as the Chairman of the APC National Campaign Council, alongside Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin, who is the Secretary of the council.

The meeting is scheduled for 3 p.m. at the Kano State Governor’s Lodge located at 30 Jose Marti Street, Asokoro, Abuja. A notice issued by the APC National Campaign Council has invited all members to attend this significant meeting, which comes shortly after the council was constituted with 276 members.

This initiative is part of the APC's efforts to reclaim Osun State from the Accord Party in the upcoming governorship election.
