APC Youth Leader Daramola Reflects on Osun Election Loss

Adesuyi Daramola, the South-West Zonal Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), stated that he has no regrets about supporting and mobilizing for the party’s candidate, Bola Oyebamiji, in the recent Osun State governorship election. Following the election results, which declared Ademola Adeleke of the Accord Party as the winner, Daramola expressed that the support for Oyebamiji was based on conviction and the belief that he was the better choice for Osun State.

He commended the commitment and sacrifices of APC leaders, members, and youths throughout the campaign, describing their efforts as a demonstration of loyalty to the party. Despite the disappointing outcome, Daramola assured that the APC would remain united and strengthen its structures in the South-West, learning valuable lessons from the experience.

He also praised President Bola Tinubu for his commitment to democratic principles during the election and congratulated Governor Adeleke on his victory, urging APC members to focus on rebuilding the party for future elections.
