Osun Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi Launches Key Infrastructure Projects

Olubiyi Fadeyi, the senator representing Osun Central Senatorial District, officially launched a 7.5 MVA power transformer substation project and a two-kilometre road construction leading to the Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital in Ila-Orangun, Osun State. He emphasized that his ambition to return to the Senate in 2027 would not distract him from executing these projects.

Fadeyi also initiated a five-kilometre solar-powered streetlight project from Otan-Ayegbaju to Ila-Orangun. In a statement made available to journalists in Osogbo, he mentioned that he had inspected several completed projects, including community centers and classroom blocks in various local governments.

He stated that more developmental projects across the ten local government areas in the senatorial district would commence by November. Fadeyi, who is seeking re-election on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, noted that the selection of projects was based on consultations with community residents.
