Abia Governor Mourns Dr. Uzoma Nwaubani's Sudden Death

Abia State Governor Alex Otti expressed deep shock and sadness following the sudden death of Dr. Uzoma Nwaubani, a U.S.-based medical expert.

Dr. Nwaubani suffered a medical emergency during a free medical outreach organized by the Nigerian Physicians America (ANPA) in Abia State.

Despite the gallant efforts of the medical team to resuscitate her, she was unable to survive and was rushed to the hospital. Dr.

Nwaubani had returned to Nigeria to offer her medical expertise free of charge to the citizens of Abia State, demonstrating her compassion and commitment as a medical practitioner. Governor Otti extended his deepest sympathies to her family and commiserated with the ANPA for their loss.

He noted that the administration would continue to prioritize the health of the people, emphasizing that the ongoing free medical outreach would not be suspended despite this tragedy.
