PAP's Dr. Otuaro Sends 31 Scholars to UK for Studies

Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), addressed 31 beneficiaries of the offshore scholarship program as they departed Nigeria for the United Kingdom for their studies. Otuaro emphasized the need for these scholars to excel academically to honor the goodwill of President Bola Tinubu's administration.

This group is part of a larger cohort of 150 beneficiaries, following a previous batch of 54 who left the country the week before. The students will study various fields, including forensic audit, construction engineering management, data science analytics, law, software engineering, oil and gas engineering, cyber security, global public health, and fintech analytics.

Otuaro has facilitated a total of 243 overseas post-graduate scholarships this year, expressing hope that this investment will yield significant benefits for the Niger Delta and Nigeria. He thanked President Tinubu for his support and acknowledged the contributions of National Security Adviser Mallam Nuhu Ribadu and other stakeholders in the PAP.
