Oyo APC Confirms Unchanged National Assembly Candidates

The Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has issued a statement confirming that its candidate list for the National Assembly elections will remain unchanged. This announcement was made by Olawal Sadar from the party's public secretariat in Ibadan.

The party emphasized that the nomination process, which concluded with the general primaries conducted in May, has been finalized, and the names of candidates have been submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The candidates for the three senatorial districts include Yunu Akintunde, Aderemi Oseni, and Hannah Ogunesan for Oyo Central, Oyo South, and Oyo North, respectively.

Additionally, candidates for the House of Representatives include Akeem Adeyemi, Segun Odebunmi, Tajudeen Abisodun Kareem, and others across various constituencies. The APC urged stakeholders to avoid spreading misleading information and warned that any individual attempting to present themselves as candidates without proper nomination would face consequences.
