Oyedepo Urges Worshippers to Obtain PVCs for 2027 Elections

During a sermon at Living Faith Church's headquarters in Canaanland, Ota, Ogun State, Bishop David Oyedepo encouraged congregants to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) in preparation for the 2027 general elections. He emphasized that securing a PVC is a civic responsibility and urged members not to neglect their right to participate in the electoral process, which he described as crucial for shaping the nation's future.

Oyedepo declared that PVCs empower citizens to decide their government and insisted that no one should be disenfranchised in the upcoming elections. He reminded worshippers that voting carries significant weight and urged them to prepare early rather than waiting until the election season begins.

He stressed that spiritual authority does not replace civic duties and called on Christians to balance prayer with active participation in the democratic process, asserting that it is their right to determine who rules them.
