Adelabu Clarifies Tinubu's Position on 2027 Elections

In a recent address to members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, governorship aspirant Adelabu clarified that reports suggesting President Tinubu endorsed a particular candidate for the 2027 elections are unfounded. He urged party members to disregard these claims and emphasized the importance of maintaining faith in the party's processes.

Adelabu revealed that Tinubu advised party stakeholders to agree on a consensus candidate through a primary process. He also dismissed rumors regarding the endorsement of any candidate by Olubadan, stating that such reports are false.

Adelabu, who previously served as the Minister of Power, reiterated his commitment to running an inclusive administration focused on the welfare of residents and electors in Oyo State.
