Bandits Attack Security Post in Oyo State, No Casualties

On Sunday, suspected bandits attacked a security post located within a forest reserve along the Igbeti–Igboho axis in Oorelope Local Government Area, Oyo State. The attack occurred in the early hours between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

He noted, “The information is true. But there is no casualty.

They burnt the security post we constructed for them. They also set ablaze an abandoned vehicle there.

They also carted away their generator and motorcycle. It occurred today around 5am and 6am.”.
