Governor Usman Ododo Appoints New Pro Chancellor for PAAU

On a recent date, Kogi State Governor Usman Ododo appointed Professor Moham Audu as the 7th Pro Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU) in Anyigba. This decision was communicated through a press statement signed by the Public Relations Officer, Uredo Omol.

Professor Audu is recognized for his distinguished academic career and extensive leadership experience, contributing to higher education in Nigeria for over two decades. His previous roles include serving twice as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics) at the Federal University Lokoja, Head of the Department of History and International Studies, Dean of Student Affairs, and Coordinator of the Directorate of General Studies.

Additionally, he has served two terms as an internal member of the Governing Council at Kogi State University, Anyigba. Professor Audu's appointment is seen as a pivotal moment for PAAU, promising to enhance scholarly excellence and leadership within the university community.
