Army Arrests 15-Year-Old Linked to Brigadier-General's Death

The Nigerian Army has arrested a 15-year-old suspect, Tijjani, linked to the killing of Brigadier-General Oseni Braimah and three soldiers during a Boko Haram attack in Borno State. The incident occurred on a Thursday when the military base was attacked.

Tijjani was reportedly apprehended while purchasing food for members of the militant group. He is believed to have participated in the attack on Benisheik and Ngamdu, where he was involved in logistics, collecting N850,000 for the operation.

The arrest took place on a Saturday, and Tijjani communicated in Hausa during his interrogation. The military has not yet issued an official statement regarding the arrest.
