PAP Deploys 161 for Foreign Scholarships, Thanks President Tinubu

The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has deployed 161 beneficiaries for foreign post-graduate scholarships, with Dr. Dennis Otuaro expressing gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for his support.

Otuaro highlighted the agency's commitment to human capacity development in the Niger Delta region. The National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, also played a crucial role in the deployment process.

Otuaro emphasized the need for reciprocal action to support President Tinubu's reelection bid in 2027. The recent deployment aligns with the agency's focus on empowering the people of the Niger Delta for growth and development.
