Presidential Amnesty Programme Seeks NCC Partnership for Beneficiary Empowerment

The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) is seeking a partnership with the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to empower beneficiaries. During a visit to the NCC, PAP Administrator Dr.

Dennis Otuaro highlighted the importance of the commission's support in enhancing the PAP empowerment scheme. The program aims to equip beneficiaries with the necessary qualifications and skills, including in information technology, to contribute to national development.

Over 18,000 individuals have received training in various professional fields under the PAP. This collaboration between PAP and NCC is crucial for harnessing human resources in the Niger Delta region and beyond for the overall advancement of the country.
