PCN Urges ABUAD Pharmacy Graduates to Prioritize Professional Ethics

The Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) advised the first set of Doctor of Pharmacy graduates from Afe Babalola University (ABUAD) on professional ethics during their induction ceremony in Ado Ekiti. The Director General of NAFDAC, Mojisola Adeyeye, highlighted the significance of ethical practices in the pharmaceutical profession amidst technological disruptions.

The Registrar of PCN, Pharm Ibrahim Ahmed, stressed the importance of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in the pharmacy field. 95 graduating students were inducted into the profession, with a focus on upholding ethical responsibilities to ensure patient trust and well-being. The event aimed to instill ethical values in the young pharmacists to excel in their careers.
