PDP Govs’ Strategic Meeting Enters Closed-door Session In Zamfara

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governors gathered in Zamfara State for a strategic meeting, which entered a closed-door session on Saturday. The governors arrived in Gusau, the state capital, on Friday and were hosted for dinner by Governor Dauda Lawal.

The meeting was scheduled to discuss key political strategies to navigate the current political landscape, address pressing political issues, and plan for party unity and collaboration on developmental initiatives within their respective states. Additionally, the governors were expected to prepare for the national convention organized by the National Executive Committee (NEC) in Ibadan, Oyo State, on November 15 and 16, 2025.

The spokesperson for the Zamfara State governor, Sulaiman Bala Idris, highlighted the importance of the meeting in addressing these crucial matters.
