PDP's Kelechi Anosik Declares Party Strong for 2027 Elections

Kelechi Anosik, the governorship candidate for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Abia State, stated that the PDP is stronger and difficult to defeat in the 2027 governorship elections. During his official homecoming in Umuahia on Wednesday, Anosik expressed gratitude to party delegates and affirmed his commitment to representing the party in the next general elections.

He highlighted the PDP's robust structure and membership strength, asserting that it is the strongest political party in Abia State. Anosik outlined his vision for the state, which includes improving welfare, creating jobs, and developing the industrial sector.

He emphasized the importance of establishing an information sector regulatory agency to enhance youth employability and proposed the creation of a sports academy to showcase local talent. Additionally, he mentioned plans to review the salary structure and introduce a health insurance scheme for primary healthcare centers.

Anosik assured that the PDP would present valid candidates for the upcoming elections.
